Honestly, credit where credit is due I'm a very fussy customer I be honest and these guys was amazing I travelled down 5hrs to view and buy a lovely 7 seater and drive back 270 miles home the service I received was amazing couldn't be more helpful even will the dealership was super busy the salesman allowed me all the time I needed and couldn't be more helpful with any questions honestly the best car buying experience I have ever received was well worth the full day of travel very happy customer thank you for a fantastic service today

Immaculate service

Purchased my first car Alfa romeo Giulietta from Uk motorzone. Had a very pleasurable experience with the entire process. Biplov was very polite and professional, allowed us to take the car for a long test drive. The other staff was also very helpful in explaining us all the features and functions of the car. There was no sales pressure on us, told them i need time to think for a decision, biplov was super patient and his professionalism surprised us. Finally after a couple more viewings of other cars, decided to go with uk motorzone. The entire process from the beginning to the final purchase was very smooth. He also helped to solve a few kinks the car needed and prepared the car to our liking. This was a very pleasant experience, will definitely recommend it if you are looking to buy a car

Purchased my son's first Car DS3 1.6

Purchased my Sons first car from UK Motorzone this week. A Fantastic condition DS3. Excellent value for money, Biplov was fantastic not pushy, read us well and knew we wanted some time and distance to go over the car with a fine tooth Combe. Myself and son took the car on an Hour and half long Test drive and returned a list of snags with the vehicle that needed resolving before purchase. Biplov even sent me texts and images of the parts being fixed and replaced as the week progressed. (Not something I had asked for but shows a fantastic level of making sure we were happy) Didn’t matter how big or small the Snag Biplov promised everything would be perfect by the collection date and he delivered on that promise. Later in the year when my wife replaces her car this will be the first place we will call.

Excellent service. Purchased a Fiat 500. Easy no-pressure sales allow me to fully evaluate car and willing to discuss and remedy minor faults found. Highly recommend.

Straight forward no pressure experience :)

Recently 2022 July purchased a lovely Ford Focus Zetec 59 plate. The car was exactly as described in the description. Went to view the guys were very friendly and approachable. Left me with the car to view and test drive no pressure at all. Purchased vehicle was picked up a week later. Straight a forward no pressure sale :) after Care given also warranty etc. Highly recommend. If any questions you have ask it's no problem for them to feel very confident with whole view and purchase.

Very helpful, easy to deal with. Entire purchase was done over email and WhatsApp and they delivered the car to Devon too ( obviously for a fee !) Fault free transaction with great communication. Thank you

Highly Recommend

I bought a Mercedes B Class and the service i received was excellent from start to finish, there were a few initial problems at the start, which was no fault of theirs but they managed to get everything sorted and made sure the car was perfect for when i came to collect it. i was also given a extended warranty at no extra charge. It was always busy but i guess that's another good sign of a good company.
